By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Subscriptions & Payments
FaithGuide offers a 7-day free trial to explore the app. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews at USD $9.99/month, unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Payments are handled securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Please use the free trial to determine if FaithGuide is right for you before subscribing.

3. Use of FaithGuide
You agree to use FaithGuide only for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
You may not misuse FaithGuide, including but not limited to:
Uploading or sharing offensive, harmful, or unlawful content.
Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the app.
Using FaithGuide for spam, harassment, or impersonation.

4. Content & Community
Your Content: You own the content you create in FaithGuide (journals, prayers, reflections).
License: By posting in the community, you grant FaithGuide a license to display that content within the app and services.
Community Guidelines: Shared prayers and posts must be respectful and uplifting. We may remove content that violates these standards.

5. Privacy
Your use of FaithGuide is also governed by our [Privacy Policy], which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data, including journaling entries, prayer requests, and cookies on our website.

FaithGuide, its team, and affiliates are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to: loss of data, service interruptions, emotional distress, or unauthorized access.
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to FaithGuide in the previous 12 months.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse FaithGuide.
You may stop using FaithGuide at any time by cancelling your subscription through your App Store or Google Play settings.
